The hotel had a cozy feel, like a cabin, but lacked natural light on the ground level. The elevated position provided privacy, yet faced the busy car park. The Leclerc supermarket was conveniently located on the other side of town.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms felt small, akin to a cabin, and a bit dark on the ground level. We had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy due to people walking past the window. The view overlooked the car park our room faced.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent despite the hotel releasing two of our reserved rooms, resulting in a bed shortage upon our late arrival. The staff member was bubbly and very helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
Location
5.0
The location was on the edge of town next to a noisy railway line, which was a bit scary with younger people hanging around. Despite this, no harm was done, and it was convenient for accessing Premier Class.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was satisfactory with a help-yourself style offering everything like tea, coffee, toast, croissants, and cereal. The value for what was provided was good but lacked variety in some items.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities need an update, but overall they met our basic needs. The hotel could benefit from enhancing its amenities to offer guests a more comfortable stay.

Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit tricky to find, and some had issues with the free wifi; however, being close to the Leclerc supermarket on one side of the town was a convenience. The service stood out positively, going beyond expectations despite some initial room allocation challenges.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient with nearby dining options, but there were some concerns about the room conditions and atmosphere.
Rooms

The room was like a sauna without air conditioning, had a grubby and smelly feel despite being a non-smoking room, and had a disgusting smell from the bathroom drains.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were dirty and in urgent need of renovation, and I was even told there were no other rooms available. The smell of stale tobacco made it hard to sleep, and the facilities were basic with various cleanliness issues. The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable as if there was a party next door, and the walls were paper-thin.
Rooms

The rooms were dirty and greatly in need of renovation. The smell of stale cigarettes made it difficult to sleep, and the facilities were very basic with cleanliness issues.
Service
5.0
The service was a mix of very friendly interactions with attempts to speak English, but there was a serious issue where the hotel released two of my reserved rooms, causing a shortage of beds. The staff were helpful overall, but some were not interested in resolving problems promptly.
Location
5.0
The location was not ideal, being on the edge of town next to a noisy railway line in a seemingly run-down area. Although it was quiet and had a restaurant close by, the presence of many young people made it a bit unsettling.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was basic, offering only bread and jam with coffee and juice, which left much to be desired. It would have been better to eat elsewhere for more variety.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities were lacking, with cleanliness issues and noises disturbing the stay.
